BEFORE CLAIMING THIS SPORTS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS SPORTS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

These Terms & Conditions apply to this Grand National promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and promotional terms and conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 18:00 GMT Monday 5 April until the official start of the 2021 Randox Grand National Steeple Chase race scheduled to take place on Saturday 10 April 2021 at 17:15 GMT (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to new and existing customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
   • are over 18 years old;
   • have a verified Website, mobile or telephone account; and
   • are registered in the UK or Republic of Ireland

(an “Eligible Player”).

3. Employees of the Promoter (defined below), any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participating Eligible Players.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

4. To claim this Promotion, place an each way single bet on the 2021 Randox Grand National Steeple Chase race scheduled to take place at 17:15 GMT on Saturday 10 April (the “Race”) within the Promotional Period (a “Bet”). No opt-in to this Promotion is required.
5. Bets may be wagered with real cash or free bet tokens.
6. There is no limit on the number of Bets an Eligible Player may wager on the Race.
7. Once a Bet is made:
   • if the Race has 19 or more horses running in it and an Eligible Player’s horse finishes in the top six (6) places the Promoter will pay the each way part of the Bet at 1/5 of the odds taken; OR
   • if the Race has 18 or fewer horses running in it and an Eligible Player’s horse finishes in the top five (5), the Promoter will pay the each way part of your Bet at 1/5 of the odds taken.
8. For the purposes of this Promotion, Bets cannot be wagered after the Race commences.
9. This Promotion does not apply to the following type of bets; Enhanced Win Only, Ante-Post, Tote, pari-mutuel, Place Only, Match Bets, Insurance Bets or Betting Without Markets.
10. A Bet will not be considered a qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Promotion if for any reason it becomes void.
11. Unless stated otherwise, the standard Website horse racing rules apply to this Promotion (found here).

IMPORTANT TERMS

12. Promoter: LC International Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar with its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
13. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Website Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
15. The Promoter may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
16. If the Promoter decides to withdraw this Promotion, this will not impact any Bets an Eligible Player has placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal.
17. Where the Promoter suspects that a customer is guilty of fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that customer’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
