LadBucks are tokens you can collect for free from selected promotions, which you can then redeem for offers of your choice within the LadBucks Store or use to spin on our LadBucks Arcade.

Collecting LadBucks is easy, and you’ll accumulate them by playing our Free-To-Play Instant Spins, Game Show Contests and Slot Contests. You can also increase your LadBucks balance by playing on our LadBucks Arcade.

A new exciting way to play our most popular Slot games for free! The Arcade can be accessed from the LadBucks Store and you’ll have the option to play a selection of our games, using your LadBucks balance. These games have the same rules, features and paytables as the versions available to play in cash. The minimum spend per spin is 10 LadBucks and maximum is 200 LadBucks. Your LadBucks balance will be updated in real time after each spin. Should you wish to exchange your LadBucks balance for a reward, you can do so via the LadBucks store.

All LadBucks collected during a calendar month will expire on the 15th day of the following month at 23:59.

For Example:

Say you received 500 LadBucks in the month of June, and a further 100 on the 2nd of July – together, your balance stands at 600, however at 23:59 on July 15th, the 500 coins you collected in June will expire leaving you with only 100 LadBucks, which would in turn expire at 23:59 on 15th August.

This will be shown in the LadBucks store within the transaction history section, under ‘History’.

We expire LadBucks each month so we can keep our store fresh and up to date with new offers for you.

LadBucks can be redeemed for Free Spins, Cash, Casino Bonuses, Free Bets and Bingo Bonuses, as well as spins on our LadBucks Arcade.

Once you have collected enough LadBucks for the offer you want, simply confirm your selection, and the reward will be instantly credited to your account. Full terms and conditions for all offers are displayed prior to redeeming them. Please note that LadBucks have no monetary value and once you have confirmed your selection, you will not be able to change it.

The LadBucks store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – so you can exchange whenever suits you. Don’t forget, the LadBucks expire on the 15th of every month at 23:59!

All your past LadBucks & Arcade transactions, how you collected your LadBucks, what you have redeemed your LadBucks for, Arcade gameplay and any LadBucks which have expired, can be found in the ‘History’ section of the LadBucks Store.

Your LadBucks balance can be found right next to your real money balance and in-game when playing in the LadBucks Arcade. You can find offers you have exchanged your LadBucks for in our promotion hub, within the LadBucks Store History section, and within the ‘My Rewards’ section of the LadBucks Store.

Under ‘My Rewards’, you’ll find any offers that you have exchanged your LadBucks for but haven’t used yet, so you can see all your available rewards in one place! Please note that any Free Bets you may have exchanged your LadBucks for will appear under ‘My Account’ in the Sports section instead.

You can redeem your LadBucks balance in store for a reward, multiple times per day. If your Ladbucks balance is below the threshold needed for the minimum reward, you won’t be able to exchange your LadBucks for a reward, until you have a sufficient LadBucks balance.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this ‘Casino’ promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The LadBucks promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 30.05.2024 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).
LadBucks collected during each calendar month will expire on the 15^th of the following month (23:59 UK Time).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR LADBUCKS

The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the "Website") who:

have a verified Website account;
are over 18 years of age; and
are eligible to receive Website promotions.

An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

WHAT IS A LADBUCK

A “LadBuck” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in the promotions listed in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. LadBucks can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “LadBucks Store”).

HOW TO COLLECT LADBUCKS

Eligible players can earn a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10,000 LadBucks by participating in the following promotions:

Instant Spins (full Terms & Conditions found HERE):

Eligible Players can collect LadBucks once per day when they play Instant Spins;
The number of LadBucks collected will be shown on the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Player wins. LadBucks will be credited automatically to their LadBucks Balance.

Slot Contests (full Terms & Conditions can be found HERE).

Eligible Players can collect LadBucks once per day when they play Slot Contests.
Eligible Players can access the details of each Contest prize split by clicking on the ‘i’ icon, located within the Contests Card.
At the end of each Slot Contest, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Contest will be detailed within the ‘I’ in each Contest Card in the Contests Lobby.

Eligible Players can collect LadBucks once per day when they play Game Show Contests.
Eligible Players can access the details of each Contest prize split by clicking on the ‘i’ icon, located within the Contests Card.
At the end of each Game Show Contest, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Contest will be detailed within the ‘I’ in each Contest Card in the Contests Lobby.

LadBucks Arcade (full Terms & Conditions can be found HERE)

Eligible Players can play in the LadBucks Arcade for the chance to increase their LadBucks balance.
Each spin of the Arcade games will cost an Eligible Player a minimum of 10 and maximum of 200 LadBucks, which will be deducted from their LadBucks balance.
Eligible Players can choose how many LadBucks they wish to wager within the Arcade.
Potential winnings from the play within the games within the Arcade is the same ratio as to that of a real money spin.
All winnings in the Arcade will be in LadBucks.

LadBucks can also be collected by participating in other Promotions, as specified in the relevant Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Eligible Players who have participated in a Slot Contest or a Game Show Contest will receive an inbox message at the end giving full details of their prize. An Eligible Player will also be able to find full details and value of the credited prize on either the ‘Offers’ page, or the LadBucks Store, in the ‘Transactions’ section.
LadBucks will be credited automatically to the Eligible Player’s LadBucks Balance on completion of the Slot or Game Show Contest.
LadBucks will be credited automatically to the Eligible Player’s LadBucks Balance on completion of the Contest as per leaderboard prizes displayed on the CONTESTS HUB.
There is no cash alternative to LadBucks.
There is no limit to the number of LadBucks an Eligible Player can collect during the Promotional Period.
LadBucks collected during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 15th day of the following month (eg. LadBucks collected during the month June will expire on 15th July (23:59 UK Time), LadBucks collected during the month of July will expire on 15th August (23:59 UK Time), etc.). Any unused LadBucks will be forfeited after the 15th day of the month following their collection.
An Eligible Player can redeem their LadBucks via the LadBucks Store at any time during the Promotional Period providing they have the balance required to redeem the relevant offer.
By redeeming LadBucks for an offer within the LadBucks Store an Eligible Player agrees to the specific Terms & Conditions of that offer. Full Terms & Conditions can be found in the LadBucks Store, within the section covering each available offer.
An Eligible Player can access the record of their LadBucks transactions via the LadBucks
An Eligible Player’s LadBucks Balance will be displayed on their account next to their Cash Balance on Casino and within ‘My Account’ under ‘Promotions’ in Sports.
Once LadBucks have been redeemed for an offer, a record of this transaction will be logged within the transaction history in the LadBucks store and a player will not be able to amend the offer selection. The type and value will be displayed for Free Spins, Bonuses and Cash. A record of Free Bet value will be displayed under ‘Sports Free Bets’ which can be found HERE

The Free Spins can be used on the games mentioned in the relevant offer tile.
Once a Free Spins offer has been selected and purchased via the LadBucks Store, they will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account and they will have to be used within 7 days, or they will expire and not be re-issued.
Free Spins cannot be exchanged for cash.

CASINO, LIVE CASINO & BINGO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

The value of the Bonus will be shown on the relevant offer tile, accessible within the LadBucks
The full Terms & Conditions for the ‘Bonus’ offers will be available to access and read prior to purchasing the offer with LadBucks.
The Bonus can be used on the games/bingo rooms mentioned in the relevant offer tile
The Bonus has a wagering requirement of 1 times (1X).
Once a Bonus offer has been selected and purchased with LadBucks it will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account and it will have to be used within 7 days, or it will expire and not be re-issued.
The Bonus cannot be exchanged for cash.

FREE BET SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

The value of the Free Bet will be shown on the relevant offer tile, accessible within the LadBucks
The full Terms & Conditions for the ‘Free Bet’ offer will be available to access and read prior to purchasing the offer with LadBucks.
The Free Bet can be used on any sports.
Once a ‘Free Bet’ offer has been selected and purchased with LadBucks, it will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account and must be used within 7 days, or it will expire and not be re-issued.
The Free Bet cannot be exchanged for cash.
Stake not included in any winnings.

CASH REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

The value of the Cash Reward will be shown on the relevant offer tile, accessible within the LadBucks
The Cash Reward carries no wagering requirements and will be issued automatically to an Eligible Player’s account balance.
The minimum Cash Reward an Eligible Player can receive is £5.00.
The maximum Cash Reward an Eligible Players can receive is £50.00.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from its offers or promotions under the relevant General Website Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with these promotional terms and the Website General Terms and Conditions.
